Gasline Mechanical was formed in 1994 by Founders John Anderson and Mike Osborne. John and Mike both worked for B&B Heating and Air Conditioning, and they broke out on their own and formed Gasline Mechanical Inc. Within a few years, Mike was ready to move on to new things and left the company. John continued to build and grow the company from the late 1990s until now.
For the last 20 years, we have specialized in mixed-use, multi-family, industrial, and commercial work. During that time, we also completed large residential homes mainly for the contractors and developers we worked for. We have done the personal homes of some of the largest builders in the state.
Over the last few years during the pandemic, many of our largest clients have retired and moved on to new things. My two sons, Jake and Travis, have worked for Gasline for the last 10 years and are getting ready to assume the company’s reigns. We have now changed our focus to include the add on replacement sector of the HVAC Business. We are still doing some large commercial work actually replacing the equipment in some of the buildings we initially did 15-25 years ago. But our primary focus is now doing residential home replacement HVAC. The industry is evolving with technology and what we have to offer the homeowner is commercial-grade installations in homes with high-grade ductwork design normally not found in the residential sector. This approach of bringing commercial grade design for the home will increase reliability and efficiency not normally found in this market.
We specialize in zoned ducted systems, VRF ducted, and non-ducted installations. This allows for a quiet system and consistent temperature and comfort levels throughout the homes at greatly reduced operating costs. The photo library shows a commitment to quality installation at competitive pricing. We also do installations of warm floor systems typically coupled with forced air-zoned ducted systems for the ultimate comfort levels on multi-level homes or just the desire to have warm floors in areas that have hard surfaces, like bathrooms and kitchen areas. Slab on grade basements are also usually nice to have warm floor systems in addition to forced air systems.
In closing, we have had the pleasure of working for many of the largest companies in the Puget Sound Region such as Boeing, Microsoft, Goodman Reality, Connor Homes, and Murray Franklyn. We earned their trust by doing good work at a fair price and always making sure our systems operated the way they were designed to work. We do every job like it was for our own building or home. We don’t cut corners to become the low bidder and sacrifice the quality in doing so. We design and install our jobs up to a standard not down to a price. Many people have said that the work we do for the price we sell it for is a bargain.
